TNC 2.0 Collaboration Expanded! Tongwei Signs 100MW Annual Module Framework Agreement with Solfinity

On May 27, a delegation from Solfinity visited Tongwei’s headquarters and signed a 100MW module framework agreement for 2025.

Bajbak Waldemar, CEO of Solfinity, and Allen Xue, Deputy General Manager of PV Business at Tongwei, attended and witnessed the signing.

Lendzion Sebastian Artur, Technical Director of Solfinity, and Jason Ji, Head of Eastern Europe & Americas Module Sales at Tongwei Solar, formally signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

At the signing ceremony, Bajbak Waldemar remarked,

“Tongwei is not only a reliable partner but also a fellow traveler on the path of green energy. In our past collaboration, we witnessed Tongwei’s professionalism and sense of responsibility in technology, delivery, and service. This agreement is a continuation of our trust and a new chapter in our journey. We look forward to working with Tongwei to bring efficient and clean energy to more households and businesses in Central Europe, illuminating a brighter future.”

Allen Xue noted,

“Partnership stems from shared values. Every collaboration with Solfinity is a joint response to the call for clean energy. TNC 2.0 reflects our pursuit of high efficiency, reliability, and sustainability—and also the trust of our clients in the future. This agreement is not just a numerical commitment; it marks a fresh starting point toward our shared green goals.”

Tongwei and Solfinity officially established a strategic partnership during Intersolar 2023. Since then, Tongwei has consistently supported Solfinity’s project development with high-quality products, reliable delivery, and professional services. This deepened trust laid a solid foundation for the 100MW framework agreement.

Technology has been a key bridge in strengthening the partnership. The TNC 2.0 high-efficiency modules featured in this agreement exemplify Tongwei’s advanced technical capabilities. Powered by four core innovations—self-developed 908 (0BB) technology, TPE edge passivation, Poly Tech, and stencil printing—TNC 2.0 unlocks the full potential of n-type modules, expanding boundaries in efficiency, power, and bifaciality. These advancements not only raise performance standards but also provide a scalable platform for future innovations.

With its system cost advantages and strong early-stage return potential, the TNC 2.0 series will help Solfinity projects achieve higher net profits in the early operation period and accelerate their path to financial viability.

During their visit, the Solfinity team also toured Tongwei’s key production bases across Yongxiang Co., Tongwei Solar, and Tongwei Solar Technology. This firsthand experience showcased Tongwei’s vertical integration advantages across polysilicon, cells, and modules. The team was impressed by Tongwei’s leadership in intelligent manufacturing, technological innovation, and industrial synergy—and expressed strong confidence in expanding future cooperation.
